🎭 Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be fair while ensuring we can provide the best possible experience for all campers.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp start date will receive a 100% refund minus the processing fee. (2.9% + 30 cents)

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refunds: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued once camp has started.

• Early Withdrawal Credit: If a child withdraws within the first week of camp, a 50% credit of the total camp fee will be applied toward a future camp session.
